What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via one of our preferred carriers at USPS, DHL, UPS and or FedEx. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.


Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.

  • $5 USD per order shipped.

  • Tracking Number Included.


International Shipping (varies per country)

  • First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)

  • $10 per order shipped.

Do you accept returns and or exchanges?

We stand behind the products we create. If you are not happy with the quality of your Slaptastick order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us so we can make things right. At the moment, we’re not accepting returns unless you receive a damaged product. We train day & night to make sure our products are of the highest quality, but we aren’t Superman. Mistakes and defects occasionally slip past us.

To ensure an easy return process, send us an email within 14 days of receiving your product to orders@slaptastick.com. Include your full name, order number, description of the issue and a photo of the defect or shipping damage. Make sure to hold on to the original packaging as well. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.

What type of material is your stickers printed on?

Glad you asked! Our stickers are printed on a variety of durable materials to fit all of our amazing sticker designs.

Our printing partners have been strategically selected for their attention to detail and quality. The materials have been hand chosen by their teams to ensure the highest quality. with the exception of kraft paper, wall stickers and matte stickers all materials are 2-4 year weatherproof withstanding everything from sunny days to the harshest of weather. Durable for laptops, cars, appliances, skateboards, water bottles, and anything else you could think of.

How do I order wholesale?

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that Slaptastick is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. Can I pause my subscription?

At the moment, we don’t have the ability to pause subscriptions. However, as we expand our product offerings, we'll revisit this policy in the future.

Do you offer discounts for teachers and nonprofits?

Yes! Our mission is a directed towards supporting our teachers and nonprofits fighting the good fight to saving the arts program within our public schools. Please contact us through the contact form or email hello@slaptastick.com.

Will Slaptastick offer more than just physical stickers?

Glad you asked! We already rolled out our first digital sticker app on IOS and you can download it for free here. We will be adding fun custom Slap! Characters and various animated stickers each month. Our goal is to launch it on Google Play but need help, so if this is something you can help us achieve, please contact us through the contact form or email hello@slaptastick.com.

We plan on offering additional limited edition items by the Slap! Family but it all depends on interest and sales — send us love on our social media accounts to let us know what you want.
